History

Born Philadelphia in 1967, Jeff grew up in Delaware County. After graduating cum laude from the Widener University School of Law, Jeff chose to continue to serve his community by representing clients across the Philadelphia area.

Jeff was part of the team at Levin and Cooper from 1993 to 2018, and now works to provide effective, sound legal advice as a sole practitioner in the same location.

Aside from his pursuits in the law, Jeff has also served as a guest lecturer at Drexel University, where he instructs undergraduate students in business law and zoning. Additionally, Jeff is a former board member of Family and Community Services of Delaware County. Jeff is also a certified mediator.
